Shipping Policy

All orders are processed in 2-5 business days, and we ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail/Ground.  Currently we only ship to the continental U.S.  

Please Note: Orders are processed & shipped in the order they are received. During peak times (new product launches & major restocks), orders may take a few extra business days to process.

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.  Please note that Xpressive Ink, LLC is not responsible or liable for any products damaged or lost during the shipping process.  If you receive an order with damaged packaging, please file a claim directly with the shipment carrier.  Please photograph and save all packaging prior to filing a claim.
